Only a couple days after the announcement, brands are already leading the way with the new Instagram zoom feature. It was first rolled out only for the iPhone and iOS devices. However, as of yesterday, some Android users reported the ability to zoom into their Instagram photos and videos.
Big brands usually always jump on board when a social media platform introduces a new feature. They gain the extra (and free) initial visibility and reach as well as portraying an image of being relevant, fresh and an industry leader.
Take a look at how these 11 brands are using the feature. Note: In order to see the Instagram zoom feature in action, click on each post from a mobile device, open it in the Instagram app then pinch and zoom.
